Drèïfus Xena

Drèïfus Xena is a very lucky and very special dog. Abandoned as an Alsatian puppy with only three legs, she was rescued and sent Noah's Ark. The owner couldn't afford the RM2000 to amputate her leg so they chose to PTS her which cost only RM 80. Fortunately for the lucky girl, the vet called The Sanctuary.

On top of that, the kind-hearted sponsor with a love for German Shepherds who sponsored Flame in the last few months of his life at the Ark (see story below) has transferred her sponsorship to Xena :D. (Thank you so much dear sponsor.) The sponsor named her Drèïfus, after the famous Captain Alfred Dreyfus, who was born in Alsace in 1959. He went through hard times and was honoured as a hero. The name also means drèï, which is 3 in Alsatian, a German dialect spoken in Alsace in eastern France. She is very sweet and has recently made a new best friend with another prominent Alsatian called Shalom. Don't you think she looks happy and at home?
