Scruffy (Terrier mix)Scruffy was surrendered to the authorities by the police. He belonged to a man who murdered his mistress by throwing her down the condominium. When the police came for the man, Scruffy turned out to be the sole witness to the crime and was living alone in the apartment. Now he lives in peace and quiet with friends at the Sanctuary.
